The Kids on Yoga program is designed to introduce children to the world of yoga, fostering physical well-being, emotional balance, and mental focus in a fun and engaging way. Through age-appropriate postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques, kids develop flexibility, strength, and resilience while learning how to manage stress and emotions effectively. Our Kids on Yoga program runs throughout the year with flexible enrollment options. Classes are available daily, ensuring accessibility for all children. Parents can sign up for trial sessions to help their children experience the benefits firsthand.
